My day went like this:

Devin went for a run
Devin came back home
We went for a walk around the big loop
Back home, napped while Devin played with my corn toes (treatment and oils rubs)

Went to Melissa's before my nail clipping appointment.  I was sneaky and climbed into the crate.  Devin thought we were going to be late for my appointment with Gina.

We are going where??

Back in the truck. Off to see Gina
Ignored Gina.
Front nails were clipped by Gina. A few screams of death, a few dramatic jumps on the table.  Devin was there to hold me.  *I trust only Devin near my corns*
Gina clipped my back toe nails. No dramatic screams of death.  Done before we knew it. Devin thought Gina still had my other back foot to do.  Gina's greyt!
Gina gave me treats
All was forgiven.
Back in the truck
Back to Melissa's

Stayed in the crate while Devin and Melissa ran out to pick up a few items for the pool.
Came home, Happy to see Devin
Went outside.

Laying in the dirt
Devin didn't want bugs potentially crawling on me. Out came the blanket.

Devin and Melissa (Team Mel-Vin)  relocated "Right Eye" from the pool.  There were a total of 4 frogs the other day, but only 1 could be found today.    Right Eye (he only has a right eye) was brought down to the river where all his other relatives from years past have been brought.    Before being released he went for a ride on the skimmer. He didn't want to get off.   When Team Mel-Vin would set him back down into the water he'd swim like crazy to get back on the skimmer.
relocation bucket
Right Eye didn't like rock in the bucket. He much preferred the skimmer to ride on
netting on top. time to relocate!
First and last road trip
released into the river. heaps of  baby minnows were swimming about.  Right Eye swam into the algae area
Back home
Fed
To bed for the evening.

Roaching and Hemopet.org

Last night we had a boomer of a storm.  Devin came out to check on me a few times.  I was sound asleep on my new bed.  Not single care in the world was given last night.

At some point in the morning hours I made my way into the bedroom.  Devin heard me let out a tiny sigh.
Shortly after that, I made my way back out to the new bed.  I like my new bed!

For once, Devin woke ME up for breakfast. Normally it's me waking Devin up.

After breakfast I climbed up into bed with Devin and snuggled for a while.  Devin doesn't sleep in one position, at times it can be quite annoying.  I slept rather soundly in bed, i even managed to roach towards the end.   Devin felt radiating heat and pressure on the back.  Turns out I was roaching up against Devin.
annnnd flip
Later in the morning Devin gave me my corn treatment.  Covered like a horse, i was happy to cooperate.
UNTIL, I decided to get up and half attempt to wander to the bedroom. I was stopped and turned back around to lay on my bed.  Back on went the treatment gel.   *oh bother*

After my treatment I decided to stay on the floor  and cuddle with Frog.

This evening, Devin bribed me outside with a "snack".  We didn't go very far. I just kept wanting to turn around and head back home.  Devin finally gave in and home we went.
waiting to go outside *post snack bribe*

Note*  Devin contacted Hemopet.org.  I had a consultation with them.  They required the paperwork from my first blood work that diagnosed me with hypothyroidism.  When they read the results, I was informed that I was on too high of a dosage.  I was on 0.7mg 2x day.  When I should have been on 0.4mg 2x day.
Devin has since cut my pills in half. I get half a pill 2x daily.  I will do this for the next 6 weeks, then have my blood work done.

 That's it for me.

Shredding!

Belated 2nd Gotcha Day (may 10, 2013). Teeth cleaning and Camp Greyhound fun!

I have fallen behind again.   My 2nd gotcha day came and went on May 10, 2013.  Devin had to work nights, so I spent my time doing what I do best.  Sleeping.  Nana came by for a visit. :)

I went to Camp Greyhound this past weekend (Fri Sat Sun and a wee bit of Monday morning).  I had a wonderful time there.  I got to hang out with other grey's. I even shared a crate with Marty; whether he wanted to or not.   You see, Marty was already inside the crate when I decided I wanted to lay in there too.  Marty protested some, but eventually gave up and we both laid in there together.

Karen brought me to get my teeth cleaned.  The ladies who clean teeth are really nice, they wanted to keep me.  Devin told Karen that I had to go home with her. haha

Oh while we were waiting for Karen to pick me up and taxi me to Camp Greyhound, Devin and I went into Pet Smart and found a HUGE bed for me.   Since being at home, I've taken to laying in various positions.  Devin even found me laying half off the bed and questioned the purchase.  I do enjoy sleeping on Blue Rabbit.

In Corn news:  My two corns fell out/broke off relatively fast.  I was left with big craters on both toes. However,  the root didn't fall out.  Devin is still plugging away at them though.

I have a tendency to lick my paws shortly after the bag balm is placed on them.  Devin just threats "socks Milo". I normally knock off what I'm doing then.

Here are some photos taken over the last little while.  Some are from Devin, and others were taken by Karen while I stayed at Camp Greyhound.

For Mother/Nana's Day we gave Nana a photo of us.

Blending in with the locals...

Protesting corn treatment.  Tuck up!

I gave up with the protest.  Devin got me when I went for a nap on the couch.

I look broken

Road trip to Toronto - early morning.   Devin woke me up at 0230hrs.  We loaded up the truck and made our way to the big city.
Too early - must nap
This is too early to be moving
Where are we now??
Probably go back to sleep...
Where are we now??
*yawn*
Yay!  We made it!   Curbside breakfast while we wait for Camp Greyhound Taxi

While we waited for Camp Greyhound, Devin decided it was a good time as any to give me my corn treatment.

 Then we went shopping -

Me and Marty
Me and Marty

After my exciting weekend at Camp Greyhound I wasted no time falling asleep in the truck.

 First night back home - z z z z

After breakfast I climbed into bed with Devin.  The body pillow was taken off the bed, so i didn't have my usual boundaries to keep me on the bed.

Karen told Devin told Devin of horse method.  Whenever Devin does my corn treatment my head is now covered. I seldom pull my feet away when I'm covered like this.

We went over to Nana's for a visit the other day.  I was kinda warm from the walk, Nana gave me ice cubes.  I Love ice cubes!
